A little while after the aquarium opened in 1990, my dad was offered a large rescued Burmese python named Chloe. I knew Chloe as a kid, and she was my favorite animal! Sadly, Chloe passed away from old age. However, her rescue transformed the aquarium into an animal sanctuary. We now have over a hundred different rescued reptiles, amphibians, farm animals, birds, and more, including all of our amazing lizards! Our lizards are particularly featured at our Reptile Encounters Show at 11:00 and 2:00! Come meet and hear the stories of our lounge of lizards!
