A little while after the aquarium opened in 1990, my dad was offered a large rescued Burmese python named Chloe. I knew Chloe as a kid, and she was my favorite animal! Sadly, Chloe passed away from old age. However, her rescue transformed the aquarium into an animal sanctuary as well! We now have over a hundred different reptiles, amphibians, farm animals, birds, and more that are rescued. This includes all of our amazing lizards! Our lizards are particularly featured at our Reptile Encounters Show at 11:00 and 2:00! Come meet and hear the stories of our lounge of lizards!
